Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tepoh mobile application ("App") operated by TEPOH TECHNOLOGIES (SSM: 202603058488) ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Tepoh

Tepoh is a digital sports venue booking platform that connects users ("Players") with sports venue owners ("Vendors") across Malaysia, focusing on Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang. The platform currently supports Futsal, Badminton, Football, and Pickleball bookings. The App is free to use for all registered Players.

2. Eligibility

By using the Tepoh App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• You are a Malaysian resident or are legally permitted to use digital payment services in Malaysia
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your account with others

3. Account Registration

To use the booking features of Tepoh, you must create an account by providing your full name, username, email address or phone number, and a password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at business@tepoh.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users.

4. Booking Policy

When you make a booking through Tepoh, you are entering into a confirmed agreement with the respective Venue Vendor. Please read the following booking rules carefully:

• A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment via Billplz (FPX, credit/debit card, or e-wallet)
• A slot hold is applied during the payment process — if payment is not completed within the allotted time, the slot will be released automatically
• Users must arrive at the venue on time. Tepoh is not responsible for any issues arising from late arrival
• Users must comply with the venue's rules and regulations upon arrival
• Tepoh reserves the right to investigate and act on any fraudulent or abusive booking behaviour

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tepoh operates a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy for users. However, cancellations may be initiated by Tepoh administrators or Venue Vendors under the following circumstances:

• The venue is unexpectedly unavailable (e.g. maintenance, emergency closure)
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate or invalid booking
• The Vendor is found to be in violation of their agreement with Tepoh

In the event that a booking is cancelled by an Administrator or Vendor, the affected user will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to Billplz processing timelines. Users will be notified via the App and/or email.

6. Payments

All payments on Tepoh are processed securely through Billplz, a licensed payment gateway in Malaysia. Tepoh supports FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets. By making a payment, you agree to Billplz's terms of service and payment policies.

• Tepoh does not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted using SSL/HTTPS
• Digital receipts will be issued automatically upon successful payment

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Tepoh App to:

• Make fake, fraudulent, or abusive bookings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Vendors, or Tepoh staff
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes under Malaysian law
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programmes
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

8. Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their Tepoh account at any time through the App's Settings section. Please note the following conditions:

• Account deletion requests are processed by Tepoh administrators — accounts cannot be deleted instantly or self-served
• Accounts with active or upcoming bookings cannot be deleted until those bookings have been completed or cancelled by an administrator
• Deletion requests will be processed within 14 working days from the date of request
• Once deleted, your account is permanently non-recoverable. You will not be able to retrieve your booking history, profile, or any associated data
• Certain booking records may be retained by Tepoh for audit, legal, or financial compliance purposes as permitted under Malaysian law

9. Venue Vendors

Tepoh acts solely as a platform intermediary between users and Venue Vendors. Tepoh does not own, operate, or manage any sports venue listed on the platform. As such:

• Tepoh is not liable for the quality, condition, or safety of any venue
• Disputes between users and Vendors regarding venue conditions should be directed to Tepoh support at business@tepoh.com
• Tepoh may, at its discretion, mediate disputes and take action against Vendors who fail to meet platform standards
• All venue listings, pricing, operating hours, and court information are managed and verified by Tepoh administrators to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Venue Vendors may cancel a booking under valid circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued to the affected user

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tepoh Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring at a booked venue
• Any loss arising from payment gateway downtime or third-party service failures
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within the Tepoh App — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of TEPOH TECHNOLOGIES. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Tepoh App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

13. Changes to These Terms

Tepoh Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Tepoh App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
